Karina is a best selling author and energy guide. She is an expert in facilitating human and divine connections. Her work is a multidimensional approach of awakening and the connection with the divine feminine. She is the creator of Energy Momentum and the Yorgasmic Method.

Karina has more than 30 years of experience across a wide range of healing arts, spiritual philosophies and transformation tools. She supports people to discover different levels of consciousness in the practices she teaches.

Karina’s practices are an exploration of self in a practical, energetically precise and sophisticated manner from a place of love and deep awareness.

Her energy and purpose of creating more love and awareness is spread internationally in her conferences, intensives, workshops and retreats.

Her seven books are a doorway to shift the way people think, feel and see the world. “The Art of Healthy Living,” “From the Sweet Spot to the G-Spot,” and “The Colors of Love” are the titles that positioned her as a pioneer of the Wellness movement in Mexico. “Sexualidad Integral”is the first show about sex energy in GAIA and her YouTube series “Coffee, Tea or Sex” open new conversations in the US.

Her training is vast in different modalities, Tantra, Skydancing Tantra, Tantric massage, Tantra XO, aura reading, quantum touch, color therapy, kiniesology, crtistaltherapy, reiki, shamanism, chakras, Esalen massage, universal energy, light therapy, body dearmoring, watsu, Human design and priestess of the rose path.

Among her certifications are: Natural Foods Chef at the Natural Gourmet Insitute, NYC, Health coach at Institute for Integrative Nutrition and in Sivananda and Yoga Works as a certified yoga teacher.

This means that you will know about your patterns, conditioning, the way you manage your emotions and the way you relate to your energy and body. In this journey you start listening to your inner voice which becomes your new guide in your life. It shows you about your learning opportunities and your life with more clarity and light.

My initiation in energy was as child and thought my life i’ve learned and understood certain things that I have communicated in my books and teachings.

My work is unique; I use as a base deep meditative state and energy for the information to come to you so you can see it, understand it, liberate and integrate that in your being.
